Current padspwr dll for netlist

Does anyone have the most recent padspwr dll for creating a v4 netlist?

This is the latest DLL that I know of. The header reads v4.0 and the units are metric. I don't think the latest version of PPCB has any problem with this but if you have a hex editor I think you can edit it to read what aver you like. I've also included a couple of other useful tools including another OrCAD netlister for PPCB and a OrCAD properties update file generator that is useful for getting PPCB attributes, including Part Type and PCB Decal back annotated into the schematic.
