This probably isn't the best place to ask this, but I though I'd start here for help, since some of you here must have seen thousands of different parts:
I am trying to identify the manufacturer of a sot-23 transistor, probably a FET of some sort, with the marking "JG". The "JG" is somewhat stylized (attached), but it clearly looks like a J and a G.
I could find no semiconductor manufactures with this logo, nor any that even begin with the letter J.
Any help in identifing this part is greatly appreciated.
