From SCH to PCB, BACK AND FORTH

How do we go from Sch to Pcb, and Pcb to Sch..............? And if we use the Ole PwrPCB Selection tool, with the switch on to (Recieve Selections) is there a bug in V4.01 that I have not found out about......? I was using the switch active (Receive Selections), and now I am reminded that it drops the bypass caps, or throws them out of sequence............ Can you someone shed some light on this for me............?

The new eco generator introduced in 4.0 does some things better, some worse than the old one. You can switch to old ECO generator by modeless command @ver. Your caps should stay now where they are. 5.0 seems to be better in this respect.
