When you flood over vias (or if your padstack has a thermal with the same inner and outer diameter), connection lines for plane nets will still show.

Normally if you go into VIEW, NETS and click on VIEW ROUTES EXCEPT UNCONNECTED PLANE NETS, they will not show. This is a bug.

This was assigned bug 13294

If you are having this problem, also make sure that your pads/vias have thermals that tie to the plane. Make sure that via have the "thermal" box checked.

One other workaroud that might help is this:
You can use the find/filter and select all vias or pads and then click on the thermal box to turn off all thermals and then click on the thermal box again to turn them on. If you have any specific pins/vias you did not want to have thermals, then go select them and turn off their thermal properties.

Other ideas from the listmail:

TRy CTRL-M. You may have to do this a few times.

Bring the design into BLAZE and save it.
