"Flooding Over" component pads with Copper creates 0 width thermal spokes to appear.
These spokes cause an erroneous 0 width DCode to appear in photoplot outputs, and 0 width copper to appear in the database.
Tech Support Response:
There is a defect in version 4.0 that causes this problem. The defect number is 16396.
The only workaround at this time is to flood your design and go to edit find and find by line width and find the 0 width lines and remove them. In previous releases it ignored the 0 with line but in version 4.0 it shows up.
