Setup/Colors - you take 5 minutes and define all your colors for all your layers. You exit the Decal Editor and when you reopen the Decal Editor and the original "Default" colors are back and all your color assignments are gone.
Note: This problem does not exist in any previous version.

Work around: Set up a color configuration file and run it every time you build a decal.
Or you will be spending 5 minutes to recreate all your color assignments (if you can remember all the different colors you assigned) every time you enter the Decal Editor.
