I have two questions about BGA

1.
Now I have space problem. Between BGA and other components. I used to use 0.80mm space that was working ok in the assembly manufactory, but now I running out of space.
What is your rule???

2.
I have to use 0.5mm pitch BGA. Who has already experience and can tell me a little about assembly manufactory??

We have to Leave a 2mm Boundary around our Bgas for inspection Purposes
It’s a pain in the backside but needed in our case
Our boards when assembled are very expensive and cannot afford to be thrown away.
You need to contact your manufacturers to give you the minimum distance allowed.
If you have more than one, make sure you contact them all And take the worst case or you may end up tying yourself down to the manufacturer you asked.

Can you keep us up to date on your progress on the 0.5mm Bga
We have only gone to a 0.75mm Bga so far but will no doubt be doing the 0.5's soon.
