BGA Alphanumeric Pin Number

Hello everyone
When making BGA decal, JEDEC pinning start from
upper left corner. I had to make a BGA decal in PADS Power PCB whose alphanumeric pinning start from lower left corner. I did this alphanumeric pinning manual. Please let me know how to do automatic from lower left corner and go up.Thanks

PowerPCB Alpha/Numeric pin assignments start from the upper left. Take a good look at your data sheet and see if it says "Bottom View".

I have never seen a BGA that has pin A1 in the lower Left Corner.

Like tom I am sceptical but it can be done in the decal wizard.
Make sure the ‘Assign Jedec Pinning’ is ticked and change the decal type to substrate
This will mirror the normal configuration
