spreadsheet for component courtyards

Does anyone out there have an electronic file that lists components and their areas? I am working on a spreadsheet for computing PCB design bids and this is an important factor. I would rather not sit down and type all of this out of the IPC standards workbook if someone has allready gone to the trouble. Let me know.

We've had several requests for a program that automatically calculates required component real-estate or PCB component density using the courtyard boundaries. I have been unable to track down any such program and I too would be interested if anyone has one or the ability to create one.
