Is there any way to create a rectangle pad, but have on corner mitered at 45 degrees? I'm using Ver. 3.6.
Is this a feature in Ver. 4.0?
Trying to do this is really starting to bug me.

Hi Ryan (my family is from Maine),
Here is one example.http://pcbstandards.com/images/part_ind.jpg
In this case, the pads are zero size and only serve to locate the net connection and then associate the copper to them.
I created copper shapes to make the pads look like this.

Neat trick.
However once I was trying to edit a decal different kinds of t0-220 parts and the L shaped pad was made kinda like that and I could not get it to change. The L part was just there.
I did the o command to show outline and could not adjust it. Turns out the pad was right but the pin and row pitch need to be adjusted.
