Error in document, Common PTH padstacks.

Hi Tom,

Just a simple heads up. In the Common PTC padstacks section of the doc under Metric Environment/General Docs/Standards/Inch to Metric Trans there are some "conversion" errors. Some of the .040" callouts show .85mm as the conversion; while most all the rest show the correct (1.0omm) callout.

Food for thought.
