Does anyone out there have a user proceedure on how to back-annotate reference designators in an ORCAD schematic using a was/is list?
I have removed all *remarks* from the file.

Hi Mike,
It's easy. Create a file with the .swp extension. All the file needs to look like is this:
CHANGEREF R276 R1
CHANGEREF R275 R2
CHANGEREF R274 R3
CHANGEREF R273 R4
CHANGEREF R68 R5
CHANGEREF R3 R6
CHANGEREF R91 R7
CHANGEREF R320 R8
CHANGEREF R322 R9
CHANGEREF R7 R10
CHANGEREF R321 R11
CHANGEREF R102 R12
CHANGEREF R361 R13
CHANGEREF R358 R14
CHANGEREF R316 R15
CHANGEREF R355 R16
CHANGEREF R360 R17
CHANGEREF R128 R18
CHANGEREF R352 R19
CHANGEREF R356 R20
CHANGEREF R60 R21
CHANGEREF R357 R22
CHANGEREF R325 R23
CHANGEREF R48 R24
CHANGEREF R329 R25
CHANGEREF R46 R26
CHANGEREF R50 R27
CHANGEREF R359 R28
CHANGEREF R67 R29
A simple is/was file can be text edited to give you just that. I've done it from allegro to orcad. You can do pin and gate swapping also pretty easy, and I believe you can get that syntax off the Orcad.com website.
