Board Dimensions

I am creating a library geometry(footprint) for a standard 9U board. Does anyone know of a sight which has drawing/specs of a 9U board outline that can be obtained without being a member (VME,IPC) or having to pay for this information? Thank you.

If these are PowerPCB files, you can use our standard outlines and get the data off of them.
