Hi ALL
Is there a way to change the font used in powerpcb and powerlogic?

Not inside of those programs.
Hmm.. wonder if you can rename/replace a font file in Windows?

Gene Marsh and his son created the text font used by PowerPCB when they created the first DOS version of PADS PCB software back in 1984. The only way I know how to eventually change that font is for PowerPCB to switch to Latium Technology. The way that the current PowerPCB code is written it cannot use True Type Windows fonts. One of the hurdles is Gerber output. The current text font is customized to maximize Gerber output and file size. Any other text font would have to be filled like copper pour.
One of the ways to resolve this issue is to get rid of Gerber data output and switch to ODB++ or something else like Post Script output. Every photo plotter today can read Post Script language.
