Tom, Randy,

I tried to get the latest SMN library but I could only find the .ld & .ln. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

I'm looking for a TQFP-64 10mm x 10mm , .5mm pitch. The company that uses this part is CYGNAL.

I'm sure you probably have it already in your library.

Regards,
Don

Tom, Randy,

I think I found the part in the SMN library that I already have. I used QFPS10X10-64N.

Thanks anyway,
Don

P.S. Let me know when you have the new lib's transfered over.

Hi, the new libs and files are all transfered over. I am now just waiting for Internic to propogate the pointers, so that when you type in pcbstandards.com, it goes to the new site.

Don,

If you are using the QFPS10X10-64N, make sure that the Lead Span (on the component) is 12mm. There is another 64 pin QFP called QFPS10X10-64AN that has a lead span of 13.2mm with the same 0.5mm pitch. You may want to copy the QFPS10X10-64N to a new name QFPT10X10-64N because of the component height is 2.2mm on the "S" (Shrink) part and 1.6mm on the "T" (Thin) part. Can you please e-mail the PDF file of your data sheet so I can verify it. Thanks.
