Autocad to Pads

Hi,
I am working on a Autocad to Pads translation.
I've been through rough times cause it is non-intelligent datas
to transform into intelligent datas.
I 've been successful in getting the parts blocks translated into
PADS footprints. I am extracting their X Y coordinates from Autocad then passing this textfile into a homemade SCRIPT which creates a PADS ascii file with parts in.
It is not working 100% yet but if you are interested, I will make it available when finished...

Yes am intrested. I don't know how the guy in our cam department does it but he seems to know alot about that and I think he would be intrested too.
