PCB with RF Soc

Hello All

I have to design a PCB for a circuit that contains analog circuitry(low frequency) and RF transceiver. What precautions do I have take in designing the PCB?
Do I need to make different boards for analog and RF and connect them with wires?

Please help me... This is the first time I am designing a PCB..
