I am new to this forum, but I was wondering if I can get some help.
I am trying to verify if it is okay to place a trace under a fan that is attached to the PCB with 4 screws?
Let me explain: I have a board that has a fan in the middle (a routed hole in middle of pcb to allow air flow from the fan). The fan is attached the pcb with 4 screws (the keepouts are not a problem on these holes). The problem I have is that I placed a trace under the frame of the fan and I was wondering if that was against any DFM rules.
If you can help with this, it will be greatly appreciated.
