Altium NEtlist

Hey there guys. I`m new to altium and i kinda need help. I worked on Protel 99se beffore and i know my way arround, but i cant fogure out how to make a NEt list in Altium. There is a Netlis for project in the Design panel, but i dont know how to immport it in the PCB. Its really not the same is Protel. If Anyone can guide me i will be soo thankfull, i am forced to use Altium and without knowing how to make a Netlist and importing it, i cant make the PCB. Thanks in Advance

You don't have to import the net list.
* Create a folder for your project
* Create a project
* Add a schematic page from a template
* Add an empty pcb file or from a template
* Make your schematic
* Open the pcb file, choose the menu item Design->Import Changes from "your schematic".
