can anyone tell me how to go about creating panels using power pcb design PADS
I would appreciate a quick reply

PADS is not the tool to create panel.
You are determined or forced to create panels in PADS.
It will not be easy.
All copied components ref des will be differnet from the origional.
Can you live with that?
Proper way is to let the PCB manufacvturer do that for you.

This question is cyclical, someone gets a bright idea that putting 4 different boards on a single panel will be cheaper, invariably they find out 1 goes obsolete or the rev. rolls and you end up with a bunch of unwanted boards, (expensive). This comes up about every 5-7 years.

i tried doin d same using reuse option in PADS. do u knw how 2 go about creating panels using CAM ? i wud appreciate if u cud provide me a document for panel creation.
