protel to dxdesigner schematic translation

Hi all,

I'm a new PADS user, when I convert the schematics in Protel to DxDESIGNER, and I run a design rule check it generates lots of errors for example the translation duplicates the two ampliop and generates an error of duplicates pin and undriven net. I can’t manage all this errors and I can’t simulate the circuit with DxDesigner!
Did the translation import the parameters of different parts and their spice model ?:confused:
Can anybody help in this ?
