I am looking for a answer on PCB design with QFN parts. I am using a QFN and I am not for sure what soldering process to use? Does OSP's give problems, or is ENIG better? I think there may be a recommendation in the IPC-7351A document. Does any one have a copy of the IPC-7351A document and could tell me what they recommend?
