Any one have information on Foxconn connectors. The board I am designing has 2 Foxconn connectors. 1 right angle PCI and 1 smt PCMCIA connector. The PCMCIA connector is 2 piece with a gnd strip that mounts to the board. I am also looking for a 25 pin d-sub that is smt with all of the pins in one row. I have one more connector to find and that is a SO-DIMM that is smt and mounts the card at about a 15 degree angle. Any help out there.
Thanks
Steve

Steve,

The best thing that you can do is find an AMP or Molex equivalent. We have over 6,000 AMP & Molex connectors already built in the pcbstandards libraries. If you can find the equivalent you can copy the part to a new decal name and part-type.

Send me your PDF data sheets and I will help you find the equivalents if you need help.

Tom I found most of the connectors today at DDKconnectors.com. Nice site for different connectors. I was able to down load .PDF files for all but the right angle PCI connector.
Thanks

Steve,

Are you saying that www.DDKconnectors.com has PowerPCB library decals? pcbstandards.com already has the PowerPCB decals and part-types ready to use. No library construction is necessary.

Tom I couldn't find some of the connectors on the Pads library files. So I am making my own from the PDF files.
Thanks
