Dear All,
I have a problem in creating footprint for some connectors because they need hole in oblong shape.
Using Protel, we can control the diameter for a hole if the hole is in circle.
How do we control the size of the hole if the hole is in oblong? (20,21,22,23)

I need to put the pad solder at the top and bottom layer, and must be have connection between top and bottom.
