Has anyone ever experienced problems with thermal spokes on SMD pads (to ground for example) extending into the copper pour clearance area? This is most noticeable with finer pitch parts. My design rules clearances are all set to 6 mils and the spokes creep into that by a mil or so. I've tried creating custom thermals for the part in question, but am not able to get the spoke to look right. My pads are rectangular and the thermal choices are round and square.
