Hi, I am working on ground pad for QFN ic, Manf. suggested to plug via hole to prevent solder to flow over the bottom side of pcb. IHow do I do that, A friend of mine said using solder mask, but I could not find a command that allow me to do it.

hello,
on the bottom layer of the via treat it as u would a fiducial.
ifu click on the via properties there should be an option to completely tent the bottom of the via. this will fill the hole with mask, but it is only good to holes the are 25 mils or less.
this could be a helpful thread for you
