What is the (IPC) standard for 500V isolation spacing from trace to trace,vias,pads?

I don't know the IPC standard, But I use the MIL-STD-275E.
It states
Voltage DC or AC peak 301-500V
Minimum surface spacing 0.030" or 0.76mm
Minimum internal spacing 0.010" or 0.253mm

Voltage greater than 500V DC or AC peak
Surface spacing 0.00012" or 0.00305mm per volt
Internal spacing 0.0001" or 0.0025mm per volt

Spacing between layers 0.0001333" or 0.00333mm per 100V (750V per 0.001" or 0.025mm)
