Let's say I have this:
A schematic template with default text in a couple of fields, like project title, my name, customer name etc. plus fields for things that are only connected to each individual page, like page title, page number etc.

When I insert a new page I want to write only in one place things that are common for all pages, can I do that? It seems that I have only "local" fields.

Is it possible to make a new sheet with automatic file names? Like xzyu123_p1.schdoc, xzy123_p2.schdoc The last request isn't particulary important, just wanted to know only.

Hi Per

For your first question you need to add the fields required in at the project level.
When you have your "project" open, select" Project>project options" from the menu structure.
Next choose the "parameteres" tab. Any parameters you add here will be available to both PCB and schematic.

You're second question, I don't think can be done without some coding. But I can see why you would want it and would be interested to hear if anybody else has done this.

Cheers
Alan
