while generating artwork files I observe that negative layers did not show the Film Tiltle block (FTB) in art file. any solution for it?

I don't know what you are using to view the gerbers but if the output was RS274X then typically the title block would be in composite layers - look for other layers with the same layer number - you may also need to expand the negative border, (in the layers settings not the physical layer), to extend far enough to encompass the title block.

Also, if you don't use the PhotoPlot Outline layer when outputting the negative layers, that might cause it to ignore the titleblock data.
Try putting a photoplot outline around your whole board (including the title block) and re-running the negative layers. See if they come out correctly.
