VeriBest VB98.2 Exporting EIF

Can you please give me your advice on how to exporting EIF data with VeriBest VB98.2?
I want to know which menu we should select for this.

EIF files can be generated by using the stand-alone executables named :
eifout.exe and netlist.exe

Do they take a PCB file name?

Don't know the specifics of those files but usually with dos executables you can type -? for a help dialogue IE: netlist.exe -?
