Can I have a corse hatch and a pour on the same layer?
If so how!

cross hatch is the same as pour, you just change the pour propertiies to allow spaces within your pour outline. Try it. Select a pour outline, edit the properties and increase the distance between the fills. This will create a cross hatch effect.

Psst... never done this on a board yet... ~20 years of design.
