clipping procedure in PADs like Allegro

Can we use multiple designers at a time in PADs layout like we used in Allegero to speed up the work? then combined the work done by different designer.

Or there any script which fullfill this requirement?

I think that the re-use function in PADS does this, but I'm not experienced in it.

Another way, is to have both portions of the layout, connected with an invisible fence, which each designer routes to in his layout. Then, read in the ASCI file of
one of the layouts.

I haven't done this in a long time and there are some tricks to eat.
