I would think this would be a hard list to keep up to date, i know of 5 in the small area i am at and others seem to come and go in todays economy.....

Check out PCBLibraries.com and look in their Free Resources area. Last I knew Tom Hausherr had put together a VERY detailed spreadsheet of all PCB processing places.
