Most can be found by Googleing the package IE: for "HC-49/U --- 2" google "HC-49/U".
Your biggest problem will be the individual manufacturers do not always follow "standards" and set their own variances to ease manufacturing.
Best bet get the engineer responsible for the design to get you the Data sheets.
Most Vendors or Manufactures have 800 numbers you can call to talk to a engineer or rep and if you explain you need the decal or layout foot print will get it or the design parameters to you with in hours.
