Blind vias

Can anyone tell me how to get a NC drill for blind vias?
When I go to cam and select ND drill partial vais are grayed out.
I have setup a partial vias in pad stack from top layer to layer 2 but I can't a NC dill output.

It sounds like you haven't set up your drill pairs.

Go to Setup and select Drill Pairs.

Assign the layers from which your via types will be using.

Note, you should add Top to Bottom drill pair so that you can seperate
your thru holes from your blind vias in your cam outputs.
