Hello all,
who can produce 3 mil tracks and spaces for production?
Do you have reliable source?
Any experience on how to avoid 3-3-3 on .5mm BGA?
Our Mfg have problem with 3 3 3.

Thank you

Mirka

Both do .003/.003" lines/spacing routinely. You might need to specify 3/8oz CU for MEI, but they stock it, and it generally doesn't cost more.

Good day.

Dump your manufacturer. I have had very pleasant and more than a few enlightening experiences in the past with MEI. My current employer uses TTM and I highly recommend them too. Neither of them are cheap but you *do* get what you pay for.

Realize that your first design(s) may not go as smoothly as you would like because there is always a learning curve in the beginning which is made a lot easier by either of the above companies.

I would also look into Technitron, Mt. View, CA. They are one of the most reliable FAB houses I've worked with, but expensive.
