Hy I am working in the develpment of an electronic project but I am a little ignorant about the PCD fabrication process and I would higly appreciate if somebody answer me the next questions:

For a small business developing a prototype, what would be the best PCB development procedure: Do you suggest that I develop the PCB design in a software such as PADS, protel or similar and then give that drawing to some company that has a CNC so the PCB can be machined. Is that the most appropiate procedute?

Once I have the PCB machined with holes and everything, how can I get the circuit componends solded, what kind of device could I buy to sold the components. five years ago solding was not a big deal because the IC pins were big enough to use a normal and cheap solder but no they are very small, so, could somebody tell me which machine I have to use please.

any further information would be higly appreciated
Thanks
Fausto

Just curious, have you accomplished anything?

It was rush hour and I was dashing to a train in New York City's Grand Central Terminal - As I neared the gate, a plump, middle-aged woman sprinted up from behind, lost her footing on the smooth marble floor and slid onto her back. Her momentum carried her close to my shoes. Before I could help her, however, she had scrambled up. Gaining her composure, she winked at me and said, "Do you always have beautiful women failing at your feet?"
