Orcad Netlister program

Hello. I downloaded orcad netlister program from Pcbstandards site. Could you please explain Powernet.exe running method?
I tried the file, but show only error message. Do i need a additional runtime library? I am using Orcad Capture for schematic tool and PowerPCB for pcb layout tool.

The .EXE file was taken from the PowerPCB listserver. I actually forgot what it's used for. We just use the OrCAD to PowerPCB netlister .DLL file and that works great. I've attached the PowerPCB V4.0 OrCAD netlister for you. Let me know if you need a third party tool to create ECO files.

As far as an OrCAD schematic library goes, we need one as well. So if you can think of a way for people to contribute symbols and start a schematic symbol library I'd like to know.
