Berquist has alot of information on this subject.
I have information but would need to convert it as it is printed text.

I worked for artesyn Technologies out of MA. and we actually did alot of this in the small dc-dc convertor's unfortunately not at my location.
I did some research into this, thewre are only 2 or 3 sources for this material Berquist being one.
