I Need An Urgent Help Here!!!

hi everybody
I am having problems about creating positive (Vcc) and negative (ground) planes in my design. I also do not know how to carry the nets to those planes. can you help me here it is too urgent!!
I am using PowerPcb version 3.0

Do you want them on different layers? One thing you could try is to draw a plan area (or copper pour) over the whole layer and then associate this with the NET you want like Vcc or GND. I hope this helps.
