I need a PowerLogic tip

Here's my dilemma,

Let's say I have 100 resistors. 6 attributes for these resistors are the same and 2 attributes (part number / value) are different. They all have the same PCB Decal. I want to create a different part for each resistor with this unique value.

Is there a way for me to do this easily or do I have to create all 100 resistors seperately and fill in all 8 attributes everytime? If anyone can help it would be a huge time saver.

make one part, then edit the 2 attributes that are different, save the part as the new part

There is a free Pads Library-Excel interface available from http://www.designsystems.fi/csv_interface_eng.htm. Take one resistor from library using lib manager, convert, open in Excel. Do copying, edit, save back in csv format, convert back to .p and read in to library with library manager.
The good thing is that if you have another file containing the values and other differentiating data, you can use copy/paste to fill attributes for ALL similar parts with one operation. A new parttypename can be created using for example the concatenate function in Excel.
