Lead Free Flexible Circuits

I am looking for information to 'convert' our existing flex design to be ROHS compliant. I have already looked up on the IPC lead/free site, but could not find any definitive answer for specific material and finish. Any input?

Roseann,
I just recenbtly converted one of our flex to a RoHs compliant lead free.
The polymers used for the adhesives ,cover coats and base material are compliant at least the Dupont materials are e.g. Kapton.
As far as the available finish I would check with your supplier, We changed ours over to ENIG though hard gold was available.
