Hello all,
I would like to place 0402 capacitors with vias next to the pads.
I do have 6.87 mils from edge of the pad (0402) to the via hole.
I belive I need a solder mask web in order to prevent solder paste
from wicking away from the pad.
I do not want solder mask on the capacitor's pad.
I do not want solder mask in the via hole, even thought
I am not quite sure if it is really harmfull to get solder mask in the via.
Question:
1/ is it possible to get solder mask web in this space?
Other solutions or insights are greatly appreciated.
