Orcad Revision Blocks

Hi, Does anyone have a revision block library they would be willing to share? I'm trying to insert a revision block, and I haven't found a good way to do it except custom lines and text boxes. I'm very new to Orcad, so maybe there's something I'm missing. All the help topics stear me towards title blocks. Thanks!

I'm staring at a title block right now and it has a Rev. box in it, if you want one for the upper corner I think you'll have to make your own, most people have a revision history on page 1.

Thanks, Skip. I guess I should have been more specific with asking for what I wanted. Our mechanical drawings have a rev block that is a table with columns for Zone, Rev, Description of changes, Date, and Person (for intials). I've fashioned one today made out of text fields and drawn in lines but was wondering if there was a standard that made it easy to add rows to describe subsequent revisions.
