PCAD to ProtelDXP translation

I have a request for a PCAD to Protel DXP translation on a highly complex design

Does anyone know a way to do this other than importing the Gerbers?

Protel DXP imports an incredible amount of data types I'm sure PCad is on the list - it's so easy it's hard to find - just go to file - open and hit the pulldown box.
