Adding nets together

In CM I have a group of nets that have a range of total length. No issue here. A couple of them go in and out of an IC or a series resistor. In those cases I need to add up 2 different nets to get the total length. Is there a way to do this in CM? Can I include it with the other nets of the group that are juct single nets?

For instance:

Group:

PCI_1 1.5-2"
PCI_2 1.5-2"
etc

PCI_A + PCI_B 1.5-2"

you can create xnets for the nets with resistors.
Than the whole net is viewed as one.
