On boards with OSP finish; Do screw holes that have OSP over copper need to be solder plated? Won't the OSP degrade over time? IPC-6012A states bare copper is not acceptable. Can anyone clarify? Thanks

I can only answer your second question. OSP would degrade over time, typically 6 months min. shelf-life.

Not sure about your IPC Reference inregards to screw holes, but a screw connection, (usually with a lockwasher or washer and lock washer), is cosidered gas-tight and there should be no degradation due to corrosion of the interface.
