board outline gerber

When sending the board outline to a vendor as a gerber file,
they are indicating that there is a lot of touch up required because the lines are many small segments and the need to fix this before programming the routing machine. Is there an easy way to convert the board outline into 2D lines, so we can gerber out 2D lines for the board outline? The current method is costing 2 hours of tooling charges per board.

Something seems odd. Obviously we are talking about a board with circular segments/arcs right?

I have taken a board that looks like a banana with chunks missing, all arcs..some as big as 40+" radius...and told CAM-350 to create a route file and it does it without me having to do anything.
