importing session file in allegro

can any one tell me how to import session(.ses) file from spectra to allegro. is there any specific procedure for that.

It's very simple, file menu - import - router

But the ses file must be from a previous session of the currently active database, I've tried and I don't think you can use this as an import tool from other platforms.

Correct-o Skip.

The .ses file has to go back to the 'source' board file in Allegro. It won't read into any other board file.

I have try but it gives problem that it gets a session file but havent give me any output in PCB Design Editor and neither it show any message in console window just a message of successful completion message cums there..... plz guide me more
