Can someonbe look at this pour on this database and tell me why the pins on part 12V_B1 do not tie into the shape automatically? This is my first pour in 15.2 so I may be screwing something up.

Thanks.

Nevermind, I had the minimum spoke number set too high.

Hi Peter,
Can you tell me how to pour in 15.0? Thanks!

I never used 15.0, but I do have it installed. I will try to take a look at it tonight.

1) shape -> polygon

2) then select the layer you want to place copper plane (e.g, etch->top)

3) then select the type of plane (e.g. dynamic, static ..etc)

3) draw shape ( must connect start to end point )

4) now set the net ,
shape->select shape or void
click on the shape
right click-> assign net
either type in net name or browse for net ... ( on your right)

5) done

if dynamic shape.. then you need to set parameters for the automatic voiding as well as thermal relief

this is done by
shape->select shape or void
click shape
right click->parameters
